In December I got my nose pierced, then started working for McDonald's. They wanted me to change it to a clear one, so about January I went to my piercer and asked for help changing it since it was still fresh. When you get them pierced id do gold, just because people dont often have sensitivities to it, and you can always change it next month and see what else works for you. If you hate gold or never wear gold jewelery then do silver because its almost as good for your ears. ive asked this a few times but i either get no answers or really stupid ones. my 9 month old navel piercing just rejected (not all the way i took it out before it came through the skin) i think it was because of over cleaning, not the BEST quality metal, it was surgical or stainless steel i dont remember, and after 3 months i changed it a couple times before it was fully healed, but then i put the original one back. has anyone had any luck repiercing rejected navel piercings and had them heal and not reject? im redoing it in the fall with titanium, i miss it so much and want it back for good

Im 15, 5' 10" inches and i weigh a little less than 160 lbs. Im in generally good shape considering my body style is more muscular than most. But, i have still had problems with toning my upper body to the point where muscles are obvious and signs of excess fat are far from noticeable. Most of the excess fat i have is on my upper body in the chest, side, stomach, and upper back where my my upper arm meets with my back. I have a month and a half till i have to go back to school and i would love it if i was in the shape where you actually enjoy going to the pool or just having your shirt off in the sun. Help for my friend's rescue crossbreed?

My friend recently got a rescue dog-he's about 7 and the rescue centre believe that he is a staffordshire bull terrier/labrador/collie X He is wonderful around people-friendly and gentle, but if he meets other MALE dogs on a walk, he will growl and snap, and once got into a fight with a pitbull. We are all very worried about the other dogs, and the safety of whoever is holding his lead-he really can pull when he wants to, We, and the rescue centre, can only imagine that he was raised a 'macho' status symbol sort of dog, poor thing, but his behaviour became too much for them and so he was abandoned in the Brecon Beacons in December-he was found starved, soaked through and shivering. He has been neutered, and it has been suggested that this is why he feels vulnerable around other males. He is very territorial and protective of his family. Can you imagine anything that can be done? Thankfully they live in quite and isolated area, where it is possible to take him for a 2 hour walk without meeting any other dogs at all, but it would be wonderful if they could take him out with them. Belly Ring Healing time and cleaning?

Hi, I just got my belly button pierced about a week ago but I have a few questions. First off, the guy who did it pierced it with a plain stainless steel bar, he said as long as I do the salt soaks and keeping it clean, it should heel in a few weeks. How do I make lead dioxide electrodes at home? Can I simply electrolyze lead?

I have a couple 2 pound lead fishing weights, which I believe are almost pure lead. Right now I'm working on an electrolysis cell for making sodium chlorate. I heard that lead dioxide makes good inert electrodes that will corrode slowly, and if I can make it out of lead they would be pretty cheap. So how can I turn my lead fishing weights into lead dioxide? I heard that if I simply use them for electrodes they anode will continuously create a layer of lead dioxide around it. Can I just use a sodium chloride solution or do I have to use an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid? Also how does lead dioxide compare to carbon, graphite, platinum, gold, and stainless for what I'm doing? Thank you in advance.

My rats have started fighting?

I have two rats, Dexter (White dumbo) and Tony (Russian blue) They are 6 months old. Since I have had them they have fought each other. Up until recently it has just been play fighting where they pin each other down and groom. The other week I found a scab on the back of Tony's neck, then over the next few days there were more, I kept a close eye, Tony always seems more dominant but they both get on, they follow each other round and snuggle together. Then I noticed a scab on Dexter's ear, this is now a small tear. The definitely are fighting although I haven't witnessed it despite spending hours watching them. They both have little scabs. I don't want to split them up because I know they do get on and have heard that it could be worse for them being separated from their companions. I cant afford to get another cage and don't have the space. Dexter also has respiratory problems which is a priority at the moment, so due to this I can't afford to get them neutered unless really necessary because of his on going treatment at the vet (Very expensive). I was just wondering if this was just an age thing that they will grow out of. Other than all this they seem very happy and possibly the most loved rats in the world

The car is a 91 integra gs. B18a1, 1.8L dohc, 1834cc. I can go on all day with specs. When I bought it the guy had put a nguyen? Exhaust on the car. Stainless steel. Looks like 2-2.5" from the exhaust manifold back. Has echo chamber after the cat. It had a blown head gasket. I took the head off, pressure check, resurfaced, valves and seals were good. Replaced the whole gasket set, arp head studs, bosh platinum+4 plugs, wires, new lifters, rockers, timing belt, I'm running royal purple oil and filter. When I was finished, I droved it for maybe 200 miles(not straight). When I went to have it inspected it failed horribly. So I took it to a shop and the guy said my 02 sensor isnot even working and he said the cat isn't getting hot enough. He thinks its just a resinator. That there's no catalyst inside. Just looks like a cat. It doesn't blow smoke when I'm idling but I was told it smokes when I am driving it. Any thoughts.

getting 3 more in completely unnecessary. you have enough cleaner/bottom feeders in your tank now. i have a clown loach, albino pleco, common pleco, chinese algae eater, and a skunk cory and they all get along great. if you have smaller snails that will fit in the loaches mouth they will eat them.
