How much practice is needed to increase typing speed?

I now type about 50 wpm with good accuracy and about 60 wpm with some errors. I need to be able to type at least 80 wpm for an upcoming job. How much practice will this require from your experiences? I have Mavis Beacon to practice with. Thanks
