I am thinking of getting cast iron cookware to slowly replace some Teflon and cheaply made stainless steel cookware. I already have a 12" and 10" bare cast iron skillets and love them. Iwas going to get a 6 qt. Dutch oven and other types later on. I am curious how is the enamel coated cast iron? Is the extra coat of the coated cookware worth it. Thanks.
