Who is this "BHARAT SARKAR " ?

Who is this "BHARAT SARKAR " ,about whom we keep hearing in media day in and day out ? Where does she live ?How does she look like ? Does she come out and talk to her "PRAJA" some times ? I want to transfer my loyalty to my SARKAR .Will she accept my loyalty ? The other day I chased a white ambassador car with red beacon flashing on top . It had "Govt of India " written on the numberplate. I could not see any Bharat sarkar inside . Only a cute BABALOG in school uniform and a Dog were inside. So where is Bharat sarkar. If anyone sees her or meets her please tell her that we Indians want to shift our loyalty to her.
