My stretched ears have little crusts and are pussing.?

This is most likely just lymphatic fluid; a perfectly normal part of the healing process. Stretching your ear causes many tiny micro-tears that then fill in with new fresh tissue. These tears will likely not bleed, but can ooze this lymph or plasma fluid. If the fluid is clear/white then it should be okay, if it turns yellow/green and starts to smell then this is usually a sign of infection. Go to a piercing/tattoo parlor, NOT a doctor if this happens. Docs usually tell you to take piercings out, which is the worst thing to do. Many people find 2g to 0g is a pretty hefty stretch too, so just keep to cleaning it and treat it supernice.
