Can you have c's on your transcript if you want to get into Stanford university?

I really want to go to stanford im takeing 2 ap classes in bio and us history and i'm evolved in a lot of programs like suumer search, ETCL, EAOP, Gladstone, drama club in my school, and in beacon and i also tutor kids in history and bio at my school. But i have 3 c's in my GPA right now and I'm only a junior in high school?
