My macbook randomly changed languages but still says the language is english? HELP!!!!!!!?

it's like supposedly Russian or something but i never changed it to that language and I restarded my computer and everything but it's still in that language. I keep clicking English and it says that i'm using English but it's not Englsih. Can anyone help me somehow? thanks!
