Security deposit fee at hotels.?

I am staying at the Sandpiper Beacon Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. I sent in the forms that were required. I checked my online banking account and the $200 was removed for the fee, but when I looked at my bank account a couple of days later the $200 had been put back into my account. I am 18 so the fee is required to stay there. This isn't normal is it? What should I do?
