Pointe shoe problems. Ballet?

I've been on pointe for about two years now. I had blotch serenades (regular shank) and I only wore them four times for an hour.I tried the harder shank but the box is extremely uncomfortable ( I know pointe shoes aren't supposed to be comfy but they hurt so bad my toes started bleeding :/. ) I just got Russian points and I'm afraid that they're gonna wear out quickly!! What do you think? Thank you so so much!!!
