Do the handles get hot? - Stainless steel cookware?

Yes.... They probably will.... My dad has a stainless steal pot and if the pot is a little more to the side than it should be so that the heat goes up the side, the handles get hot and my dad has burnt himself several times... Id say go with the plastic handled ones!! :) goodluck!
