Camelbak: stainless steel vs. plastic, what size?

I like plastic more if you're just going to drink water/juice/pop and you don't have to worry about hitting something and being really loud! You can get those custom plastic bottles for style! I personally have a plastic one and it's great! I've never had an insulated one, but the filtration system one is good too!
