What metals don't corrode but conduct electricity?

I'm interested in making a HHO generator. I know you can simply make one with stainless steel but it is kinda resistant to electricity. So, i was wondering if you can use a different metal that could conduct and not be corrosive. Aluminum? Titanium? Tin? Thanks for the help in advance.
