White Russian Drink Help?

I LOVE White Russians and am going to buy boru vodka and kamora today to make them but I was wondering if there is something that lasts longer than heavy cream that you can use as a substitute for it since dairy products only last like 2 or so weeks? Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
