Should I drop out of college ?
You should look at your short term, mid term and long term plans - or create one so you would know what you really want out of life. Then do what you have to do to achieve your goal. The better thing to do is to put in more effort into your studies to be able to finish sooner. Math is just practice. I learned the hard way but am now enjoying the fruit of my efforts.
Where can I buy Russian DVDs online or at a store?

Unmanned Underwater Vehicles?
I strongly believe you need to really educate yourself on the limitations of sonar both for location and for data transfer. I believe you will have to use inertial navigation after bringing the unit to the surface for GPS and other methods of setting base points and for communication via satellite of data and direction commands. Sonar can be used for floor surveys but little else as you propose.
